Plain-language summary of what ToolMenu collects and why.

What we collect

If you create an account: your email address, the apps you save and your email settings. If you subscribe: your email address. When you ask a question we store the question and which apps we showed, without your name, to improve answers. When you click through to an app we count the click.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Resend sends our emails. If AI answers are switched on, your question (and nothing else about you) is sent to the AI provider to choose the picks. Embedded videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when shown.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email in one tap, change settings on your account page, or ask us to delete your account and data at hello@toolmenu.app.
